Returns
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene purposes, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened nail wraps, nail kits, cuticle oils, or beauty tools that have been used.
Sale or clearance items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the item.
